Qazzoo Reviews Breaking The Rules

So what are the rules? And why did they need to get broken?

One of the rules is that a real estate agent has to pay to be found in a specific geographic area when they choose to advertise online in the hopes of generating business. Generally the geographic rules are zip codes. Ask yourself how many buyers have you worked with that were only focused on a single zip code? Not many. Most people shop for a home in groups of zip codes or even a City or County. Qazzoo broke that rule as we allow real estate agents and loan officers to shop for home buyers wherever they want to work. Across town or across the country real estate professionals can also receive push notifications from anywhere they want via email or the Qazzoo app which is completely free.

Seriously a zip code! One zip code! That is just not a lot of territory, so we broke that rule.

Another rule that needed to be broken was the idea that a real estate professional has to sign a long-term contract in order to get any business. Long term contracts are for the person that generated the contract not for the person that signs the contract. It reminds us of the weddings where the bride doesn’t meet the groom until the day they tie the knot. Don’t we all like to date a little first and then maybe get married but getting married before the first date seems a little nuts. Looking back at our dating history we can all remember someone who we were happy that we hadn’t even gotten close to marrying. So why sign a long-term contract? Well as we said it is great for the ones with the contract waiting to get our signature.

rulesOne more rule was that the advertisers get whatever comes down the pipe. If a home buyer contacts them and wants a mobile home with a convenient outhouse and has bad credit to boot, that is the advertiser’s problem. That is why Qazzoo allows the real estate agent or loan officer to see the home buyers profile before deciding if they want to work with that person. That is a strange idea! Letting people see what they are going to get before they pay for it?

Qazzoo often thinks of it as if we were standing on a parking lot outside the local mall and someone said “Hey give me your credit card and I will bring you back something…I can’t tell you what it is but I will bring it back and you have to take it”

That seems rather crazy to us and we thought that rule should be broken. So Qazzoo allows real estate agents and loan officers to see every home buyer and seller in our search engine just by adjusting their search criteria. Choose a zip code and there you are. Choose a price range and there you are again. It is not hard in fact we based the entire user interface to work in the same way that most major search engines do. Just in reverse so that real estate agents can get what they want and search, select and connect with the buyers and sellers that meet their particular needs. It also works better for the potential client than their buyer inquiry going to an agent that doesn’t desire to work in their particular price range or situation. Contacting a buyers’ agent for example when they doesn’t do listings or listing agents that don’t work buyers is a waste of time and energy for everyone.

The worst thing that happens more often than anyone wants to admit is the real estate agent or loan officer says something like “I will get back to you with that information” while they know the client is not a good fit so they wind up not getting back at all and the buyer becomes disenchanted with the experience and no one buyers or sells their home.

So Yeah, we broke that rule too!
